No. NW Capital is a referral and matchmaking service. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or mortgage banker. We do not originate, underwrite, process, or fund loans. All financing is arranged by and closed through licensed lenders in our partner network.
Nothing. Our service is free to borrowers. We are compensated by our lender partners when a referral results in a closed loan. You'll never receive a bill from NW Capital.
No. We do not handle residential consumer mortgages — primary residences, FHA, VA, conventional purchase loans, or refinances on owner-occupied homes. All financing we facilitate is business-purpose. If you're buying your primary home, we're not the right resource.
We work with borrowers in all 50 states. Our lender network operates nationally, and geographic location is rarely a barrier for the loan types we specialize in.
For straightforward scenarios, we can typically identify the right lender partner and facilitate an introduction within one business day. More complex or unusual deals may take a bit longer as we find the best fit — but we move fast.
We have 25+ lender partners with varying programs, guidelines, and risk appetites. If the first match isn't the right fit after a lender review, we reassess and look for an alternative. Our goal is to find you a workable path — not just make a single referral and walk away.
NW Capital does not pull credit. We are not a lender and do not perform credit checks. Any credit inquiry would come from the lender partner, and only after you've agreed to move forward with them directly.
